Our aim of the quality assurance work is a zero defect product with on time delivery. In order to achieve this aim, there is a strict and standardized management process. It is standardized and carried out by the Factory Management organization. factory production – process control All of our factories are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. 

1, Contract Review: Before accepting an order, we shall review and verify customer's requirements to make sure that we has the capability to satisfy customers' requirements including specification, delivery and other demands.

2, Preparation, Review And Control Of Manufacturing Instruction: WE will evaluate all the requirements after receiving the customers' design data and related document. Then, transform the design datum into manufacturing datum by CAM. All of data must be reviewed by QA engineers and get approved.

3, Incoming Control IQC: All materials must be verified and approved before going to the warehouse. We establishes strict verifying procedures and working instructions to control the incoming. Furthermore, We owns various precise inspection instruments and equipment to guarantee the capability to rightly judge whether the verified material is good or not.

4, contrôles de processus de fabrication : Instructions de fabrication correctes, gestion et maintenance totales de l’équipement, inspection et surveillance strictes des travaux en cours ainsi que des instructions de travail, tout cela rend l’ensemble du processus de production totalement contrôlé. Divers équipements d’inspection précis pour garantir que les semi-produits et les produits finis atteignent tous les exigences des spécifications des clients. 5, contrôle final et inspection : tous les produits doivent passer par le test ouvert et court ainsi que l’inspection visuelle après avoir passé les tests physiques relatifs. Nous possédons divers équipements de test avancés, y compris les tests AOI, les tests SPI 3D, l’inspection par rayons X et les tests en circuit pour l’assemblage fini des circuits imprimés.
